Job description / Role
• Responsible for HR activities and provide support to managers and employee
• Responsible for recruitment, HR administration, Employee Relations, Reporting
• Handling employees’ grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain employees records, personnel files and documents
• Responsible for recruitment; prescreens candidate applications. Responsible for effective on-boarding process for the new employees.
• Responsible for employees' training and coordinate performance management reviews
• Coordinate with Payroll team for payroll additions, deductions, attendance, absence
Salary:
SAR
8,000 to 12,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
• Diploma in HR or Business Administration; 4-5 years of experience;
• Language: English; Arabic would be advantageous
• Excellent communication, organizing skills; change management; multitasking ability
