Position Title: HR Officer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K SAR all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Riyadh, KSA

A trusted group for all home needs, Fashion, and wide range of appliances, based in Riyadh, KSA with known expansion in the Middle East Region.

Job Description:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify HR priorities and initiatives.
- Promote a positive work environment through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Stay up to date with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices and policies.

- Open to Indian nationals
- Male, 30 to 45 years old
- At least 2 years of experience in KSA as Recruiter or similar role and industry
- Extensive experience in managing large groups of employees within the retail sector is required.
- Immediate joiners are prioritized.
