A leading industrial business based in Riyadh is seeking a HR Operations Manager to report to the Senior HR Manager. The role will be responsible for all HR operations and administration.

* Maintain structured policies and procedures
* Manage performance management plans
* Handle recruitment activities
* Point of contact for government relations and administration
* Training & development of all employees including leadership development
* Ensure employee record compliance
* Oversee payroll processing
* Handles employee relations
Job Offer
Salary SAR 28,000 - 32,000 total package. The role is based in Riyadh
Requirements
* Must be a KSA National
* Hold a Bachelors degree and ideally an MBA or HR qualification
* 3+ years Generalist HR experience with strong knowledge of labour law and government relations
* Strong English communication skills
