* Support with the development of the HR employee services strategy
* Create job descriptions and competency frameworks
* Develop policies and procedures
* Create function process flows including performance management, recruitment, training
* Create employee handbook

Requirements
* Based in Riyadh
* Bachelors degree and HR qualification - CIPD or equivalent
* 8 years experience in a similar role
* Start up HR function experience a MUST
* Government experience would be preferred as well as multinational exposure
* Arabic speakers will be given preference
* Stable CV with strong career path and consistency
