• To effectively manage the human resources of an organization to optimize productivity and employee satisfaction.
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation.
• Identify and manage training and development needs for employees.
• Administer HR policies and procedures.
• Administer compensation and benefits.

• Min. 7 to 10 years experience within construction & contracting companies.
