Preference for Saudi National candidate for this position.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
- Develop and maintain an in depth knowledge in one or more of the following disciplines: Benefits, Compensation, Compliance, EH&S, Leave, Internships, Recruiting, and Wellness.
- Work with management to develop or implement policies or procedures.
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
- Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
- Manage confidential files and other privileged information.
- Maintain accurate records and manage reporting requests.
- Define and follow area processes.
- Continuously identify, measure, and improve processes.
- Other duties as assigned.

Salary 12-15K SAR

Requirements

- B.A. or B.S. degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5-6 years related experience or equivalent.
- Must have HR operations and strategic HR experience.
- Knowledge of HR laws and practices in Saudi.
- Experience across all applied disciplines such as Benefits, Compensation, Compliance, E&HS, Leave, Interns and Operations.
- Excellent employee relationship building abilities.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive information and data.
- Demonstrated ability to handle/prioritize tasks in multiple disciplines.
- Ability to work independently within a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and filing skills.
- Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
- Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
- Background check results satisfactory to SEL.
- Negative drug test result(s).

Preferred Qualifications
- Arabic speaking
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management
- Professional certification in related field
- Familiarity with an HRIS system and processes
