Employment: Full Time

Employee Services
• Acts as the first point of contact for employees seeking Human Resources assistance.

Assists employees with inquiries related to:
• Leave applications
• Employee identification card processing
• Residence card processing (Iqama)
• Payroll issues
• Medical Insurances
• Business Visits
• Managing R&R of the Expat employees
• Dealing with Ministry of External Affairs for the issuance of offer letter and visa approvals
• Assisting in Bank account setup with Finance Team

Human Resources Administration

Serves as the representative of Human Resources Department:
• Dealing directly with the employees (Regarding R & R, Visa approvals etc.)
• Receives and files responses to job advertisements, ensuring all required documentation is attached.
• Hands over completed application files to the appropriate business partner on closing dates.
• Prepares correspondence, letters of confirmation, and notices on behalf of business partners.
• Files and organizes copies of all processed documentation.

Company ID Cards
• Manages the issuance of company ID cards for permanent employees, contractors, and casual staff, following established procedures accurately and promptly.

Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS)
• Wears appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when entering areas that require it.
• Maintains good housekeeping standards in the office area.
• Promotes EHS awareness in conversations with production team members.

Requirements:

• Education: Tertiary-level qualification with HR certification, and a minimum of 4 years of experience in the HR field.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of HR administrative and reception work methods and techniques.
• Familiarity with company policies and procedures within the HR environment to ensure compliance.
• Ability to perform administrative functions related to the role, such as managing correspondence, documentation, and general administration.
• Excellent communication skills, effective at all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in relevant computer software and functionality required for role outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels within the organization.
• Proficiency in typing and data entry using computer keyboards, word processors, or typewriters.
• An open and approachable demeanor, facilitating easy communication at all organizational levels.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all situations.
• Awareness of customer needs and the ability to fulfil customer requirements effectively.
• Adherence to high moral and ethical standards consistent with agreed principles.
