Charterhouse is working with a global firm within professional services who is looking to hire a HR Specialist to oversee the Human Resources Department for their KSA Office. This is an excellent opportunity and would suit a HR Expert who is looking to work with an organisation that can support them to grow within their career. Our client is looking for a candidate who holds experience working within a professional working environment in a Generalist HR Role.

This is a unique role for someone who is looking to build their HR career into a Senior HR role with a professional, well-reputable, global brand. You will work collaboratively with leadership and work closely with other departments, being main point of contact supporting all employees in the Saudi Office whilst reporting to the Regional HR Director.

Main responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to, handling employee relations and managing the full lifecycle for all employees across 8 offices. You will therefore need to be an approachable individual with a passion for HR, developing strong relationships embracing a team work approach. In addition, you will be involved with training and developing junior team members and be responsible for performance management for employees in the Riyadh Office.

The HR Specialist will also be part of the Middle East HR Team assisting with HR Projects and overall operations across MENA (KSA, UAE and Qatar).

Requirements

To be considered for this role, the candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree and must have at least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role with excellent knowledge of MENA employment laws. Strong experience in HR preferably within Professional Services or a similar sector will be beneficial for this role.

The successful candidate will have a professional and personable approach with attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills. You must be keen to take on a challenging position and be able to handle diverse situations with confidence along with ability to multi-task under demanding deadlines. The suitable candidate will have strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Further education in the related field is preferred.
