Job description / Role
- Responsible for systems optimal functioning, accuracy in entry and maintenance of all data in the HR systems; prioritizing the system’s needs, and identifying appropriate technical solutions.
- Implementation of SAP HCM and other HR system solutions.
- Coordinate all HRIS related projects the activity of internal resources; HR, IT, Finance, Payroll etc. and external
consultants
- Coordinate and support internal Information Technology staff and vendors in the development and management of organizational information and system capabilities.
- Support internal IT teams to explore, prioritize and implement effective and innovative solutions for Group HR.
- HR processes for opportunities to automate and assist recommendations to leadership regarding options to implement improvements.
- Understand overall business objectives and priorities that demand HR solutions.
Requirements
- We are looking for an HR who is well verse in HRIS / HR Digitalization to be base in Jeddah, for one of our clients who has a diversified business and this position is for their Financial Services Business division.
- Increase organization's effectiveness, efficiency and quality, and enable the organization to achieve its strategic goals by building HR processes, systems and infrastructure and integrating Human Resources with technology driving greater productivity and business execution.
- Must be a degree Holder
- At least has 3 years total experience in HRIS/ HR Digitalization/ HR Business Processes.
