About the Client: Our client is a leading construction and infrastructure company in the Middle East, known for its innovative projects and commitment to excellence. They specialize in delivering high-quality civil, mechanical, and construction management services across various sectors, including office buildings, airports, technology centers, and transportation infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities

Strategy Development, Planning and/or Contribution:
- Develop and implement department strategy aligned with the company’s vision and objectives.
- Monitor and measure strategy implementation, addressing variances promptly.
- Provide subject matter expertise and counsel to leadership.
- Take full responsibility for achieving department/project objectives.

People Management:
- Achieve department objectives through effective leadership and performance management.
- Lead talent development initiatives to meet business requirements. Budgeting and Financial Performance:
- Consolidate and recommend the department budget.
- Monitor financial performance and identify improvement areas.

Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures:
- Develop and ensure adherence to policies, systems, processes, and procedures.
- Align with the organization’s compliance manual and code of ethics.

Change Management:
- Lead continuous improvement of department systems, processes, and practices.

Reporting:
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of department reports in line with the company’s standards.

Requirements:

- Over 15 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Health, Safety, and Environmental Management; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing HSE programs and strategies.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Extensive experience in leadership, strategic planning, implementation, and performance management.
