Role overview

We are seeking a qualified and proactive HSE Engineer to join our project team. The role is responsible for ensuring that all construction and engineering activities are executed safely and in full compliance with Alfanar’s health, safety, and environmental standards, client requirements, and local regulations.

The HSE Engineer will lead initiatives to strengthen the safety culture across project sites, drive compliance with HSE policies, and ensure the development of accurate and insightful HSE reports and training materials that support continuous improvement and a zero-incident environment.

Qualifications and skills

Mandatory certifications:
NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC)
IOSH Managing Safely
OSHA 30-hour Certification (Construction or General Industry)

Preferred certifications:
ISO 45001:2018 Internal Auditor
First Aid/CPR, Fire Safety, and Risk Assessment
Train the Trainer (recognized body)
