The project:
- As part of an extensive masterplan, we are seeking to recruit personnel for the PMC team involved in a prestigious project in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Western Region. This is a unique opportunity that occurs once in a generation, allowing you to collaborate with some of the leading experts in engineering and construction. Applicants must demonstrate experience in major construction projects.

- Provides specialist subject matter advice, guidance and assurance to senior leadership and operational teams.
- Support the delivery of the business and H&W strategy and objectives through ownership and delivery of projects, programmes within the group H&W delivery plan.

You’ll be responsible for:
- Contributes to the development of and drive the implementation of health and wellbeing (H&W) policies, procedures, guidance notes and standards.
- Responsible for execution of group-wide delivery plans, programmes and projects ensuring delivery to planned time and budget.
- Provides support and guidance to the operational business to enable local delivery.
- Collaborates with HR and (health safety and wellbeing) HSW functions to enable them to support their clients across all groups and geographies.
- Remains up to date with the latest thinking and research relating to organisational health and wellbeing.
- Analyses data outputs from surveys, audits, key performance indicators (KPI’s) and other data sources and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Manages relationships and performance of suppliers ensuring contractual arrangements are delivered to quality, time and budget. Work with senior leaders, HSW and HR stakeholders to deliver cost effective and efficient H&W performance.
- Identifies and implements continuous improvement plans/identifies key business improvements.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

Requirements:

- Relevant degree qualification.
- Professional membership or working towards demonstrable professional or personal development.
- Previous experience in construction environment in similar role.
- Proven knowledge on H&W legislation and delivery relevant to their area of work. Current health and wellbeing issues and trends understanding.
- Supporting and developing team members’ H&W competency.
- Ability to network and share information and knowledge gained.
- Understanding of intersection between health and wellbeing, inclusion and health and safety and wellbeing (HSW).
- Being able to present a range of technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
