Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Provides HSE Training expertise for Specific Area HSE activities.
• Protect company interest and Zero Harm policies
• Implement Project HSE Training procedures ensuring best practice and compliance to provide advice, guidance, and support to all personnel including, Managers and engineers at all levels on all matters relating to Safety, Health and Environment Training in the projectensure that leadership is always innovative, cutting edge, yet practical and compliant.
• To develop and maintain excellent communications with all levels of staff providing advice, guidance, support and management assistance in a timely and quality manner.
• Ultimately responsible for timely delivery of all HSE training related matters ensuring continuous alignment with strategies relating to Safety, Health and Environment.
• Demonstrate a professional integrity and personal pride in producing excellent results. Interact freely and effectively with all people, both internal and external to the company. Working as a team player generating a professional and productive atmosphere.
• Ensure continuous improvements in safety performance is achieved by developing, reviewing and implementing effective, workable cost-effective safety processes and procedures with respect to HSE Training and by assisting in developing company expertise in safety management and strategic safety thinking.

Requirements

• International recognized HSE Diploma NEBOSH or British Safety council Diploma. Or degree in Safety.
• 10 years major contractor experience in various construction activities. Must have held previous similar position or been Project HSE Manager
• Rail projects experience preferred.
• Computer literate in MS Office applications
• Possessa international drivers licence
• Must be member of IIRSM or Grad IOSH working toward Chartered member of IOSH internationally recognized safety organisation and Registered Safety Practitioner
