HSE Training Manager

Job description / Role

My client is a leading joint venture organisation who are currently working on the construction of a major section of the Riyadh Metro. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced HSE Training Manager to provide HSE construction management and support to the project. He acts as the HSE Champion for the specific area of responsibility and provides advice to senior management in all HSE training activities including preparation of reports and presentations. Building relationships with Project Managers acting as project specific HSE Training interface reporting directly to the HSE Director.

Requirements

Candidates should preferably have a degree but should have an internationally recognised safety diploma such as NEBOSH. Candidates should have at least 10 years experience of working for major contractors on large infrastructure projects and preferably have some experience of working on metro or rail projects. Candidates should be chartered members of IOSH or a similar internationally recognised professional body and should also be an International Safety Practitioner
