WSP are looking for a Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality Advisor to ensure our HSEQ management system is embedded into our offices and projects across KSA & Kuwait in compliance with local and international rules and regulations.

A typical week would include:
• Lead in driving our HSEQ culture
• Provide sound advice, support and training on the requirements of our HSEQ management system and Project Life Cycle to our KSA and Kuwait business
• Promote and encourage positive safe behaviours
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HSEQ policies, procedures and standards
• Support the implementation of our HSEQ training plan and identify new opportunities to upskill our people
• Assist in the investigation of incidents and non-conformances to establish immediate, underlying and root causes to prevent recurrence
• Support the HSEQ team in the delivery of the internal audit schedule
• Identify areas for improvement within the KSA and Kuwait business to support continual improvement

Requirements

We'd love to hear from you if you have:
• At least 5 years’ experience in the field of HSEQ within a large organisation (preferably construction)
• Degree level qualification in e.g. NEBOSH Diploma Level 6, NVQ Diploma Level 5 or equivalent
• Internal / eternal auditing qualification, ISO 45001, 14001 or 9001
• Membership of a professional body, IOSH, IIRSM or CQI.
