Hub Supervisor - Saudi National

Job description / Role

- Recording employee’s attendance and report to direct Manager in case of delay or absence
- Observing workflow and excellence of provided service.
- Stock handling and issuing replacement units within 15 minutes after technician inspection.
- Assurance of closing Work Orders within 2 hours .
- Prompt solving of issues within the branch whether customers or employees issue.
- Following up customer’s escalations with direct Manager and concerned department.
- Keep contact with Call-Center and update them of closed Work Orders. And request them to contact customer in case of anything needed from customer side.
- Receiving defective units and their documents which were sent from Service Centers to Service Hub.
- Daily physical count for (Seed – Defective – Queue) units and comparing with system stock on hand report. And report any variance to direct manager.
- Ordering needed stock.
- Monthly inventory count at 1st day of the month.
- Observe and manage apple returns.
- Communicate with Collection Points branches in case of any issue with Work Orders created at their end.

Requirements

- High School / Diploma
- Minimum 2 years of Experience in Supervisory or Administration.
- Saudi National, preferred
