Job description / Role
Working with senior management the Human Resources Business Partner will oversees several HR activities, recommend and improve company policies with the help of a team of professional support staff. The HRBP will work closely with managers in the various business units to address people-related aspects of business decisions, as well as provide policy development suggestions.
The HRBP will establish the HR department from scratch, write up JDs and implement KPIs, establish a compensation and benefits structure, implement salary reviews and most importantly, take full ownership of Success Factors.
To be successful, you will need the following attributes:
• Master’s Degree in HR, Business or any related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR in a large organization. Demonstrable experience in establishing/transforming HR department will be beneficial
• Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
• Knowledge of KSA labor legislation
• Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
