Job description / Role
We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
Responsibilities
• Assist the Head of HR in Middle East headquarters to formulate Saudi Arabia's overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
• According to the overall human resources strategy, formulate Saudi Arabia's human resources implementation plan;
• Manage Saudi Arabia's HR team, including but not limited to: recruitment and selection process; Maintain pay plan and benefits program; Employee relations; KPI; training; etc
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital?
• Nurture a positive working environment;
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management;
Requirements
• More than 7 years of human resources-related work experience, including at least three years of Saudi local HR work experience; In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor law, immigration law, and related laws;
• English and Arabic can be used as working languages?
• HR work experience in the Saudi express industry is preferred?
• Ability to solve problems quickly. People-oriented and results-driven?
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills?
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills?
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company?
• Experience in building an independent team from 0 to 1 is preferred
