Job description / Role
Our client, a leading retail organization, is seeking an experienced Senior People Partner to drive people strategies and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise leadership on HR strategies to align with business objectives.
- Support workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement.
- Oversee compliance with labor laws and manage employee relations.
- Lead HR projects, including cultural transformation and organizational development.
- Analyze HR metrics to improve processes and decision-making.

Requirements:
- Proven HR leadership experience, preferably in retail.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; HR certification is a plus.
Professional Background:
- 8+ years of HR leadership, preferably in retail or a fast-paced, customer-focused industry.
- Proven track record in aligning HR strategies with business goals, driving employee engagement, and managing workforce transitions.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Strategic Leadership: Influencing senior stakeholders and driving organizational growth.
- Employee Relations: Expertise in handling complex cases and ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws.
- Talent Management: Workforce planning, succession planning, and retention strategies.
- Change Management: Leading cultural transformation and implementing change processes.
- Data-Driven: Using HR metrics for informed decision-making.
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields (Master's preferred).
- HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and adaptability.
- Culturally aware, collaborative, and proactive in problem-solving.
