Employment: Full Time

Responsible for the entire gamut of the HR Function - including employee relations and communication through to culture promotion, talent development, performance management, and Comp & Ben - you‘ll support a group of business functions in developing solutions to attract the very best talent. Salary:
SAR 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

We are looking for a university degree-qualified Saudi individual with plenty of HR experience, preferably in a multinational or blue-chip company where continuous process improvement has been a key driver. Capable of quickly building strong and effective relationships, you must possess proven experience in change and performance management, workforce planning, and coaching. Problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, a creative mind, and a matrix navigation capability will also be important components for your success.
