Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Work closely with various departments, help executives to understand and implement policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary action and management of absence.
- Advice on wage and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits.
- Regular salary reviews.
- Payroll management and retention of staff records.
- The development of human resources planning strategies that take into account the immediate and long-term needs of staff.
- Implementation and management of Company policies and procedures regarding human resources. Maintain, control and secure all relevant information on personnel files.
- Develop and maintain Grading Levels and Wage Structures. Design Performance Standards and evaluation parameters for the employees.

As a human resources (HR) manager you will develop, advise on and implement policies relating to the effective use of staff in an organisation.

HR manager are involved in a range of activities whatever the size or type of business. These cover areas such as:

- Conditions of employment.

- Recruitment.
