Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Maintain records of 200+ staff.
- Be in charge of Muqeem System (Processing Exit Re-entry visas, final exit, iqama renewal, etc)
- Be in charge of monitoring the saudization percentage in company.
- Be in charge of recruitment based on the management's requirement, finding candidates and conducting initial interview and shortlisting candidates to be interviewed by the management.
- Be in charge of discussing and at a first level solving any employee issues, before escalating to the Management.
- Introduce performance evaluation for all employees in coordination with Branch and department managers.
- Any other human resources tasks given by the Management.

Requirements

- Candidate should have at least 3 to 5 years experience in Human Resources, with a proven track record, and the ability to manage other employees in the human resources department.
- Current team of 3.
- The Candidate should have excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic and should be able to interact with employees of all nationalities.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a similar degree is required.
