Job Description
Our client, an award-winning engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their Riyadh team. The company itself is responsible for consulting on some of the most prestigious projects across the globe. The role could be ideal for a standalone HR Manager who already works within the construction or engineering industry.

The role will enable you to draw on your experience of multiple areas of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, data management, and reporting, terms and conditions, and payroll. You will require excellent attention to detail, you will ensure effective workflows are in place and actively manage all processes

- Partner the business in dealing with all operational and strategic matters relating to HR.
- Review and develop existing HR policies and procedures within the business.
- Manage all employee relations, including absences, disciplinaries, annual and sick leave, deployment, and onboarding.
- Work closely with management to develop competency-based pay and recognition systems to aid talent attraction and retention.
- Oversee and manage all recruiting within the business.
- Manage all staff review processes, including KPI and Performance Management.
- Oversee and maintain the staff handbook.
- Provide comprehensive HR function to support the business including plan, direct, and coordinate HR management activities to achieve the business strategy
- Updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

Requirements

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Administration or Human Resources.
- A Master's degree in Human Resources is a distinct advantage.
- Ten years' experience in HR with the last five years in a management position
- Enthusiastic, creative, and approachable, you will demonstrate strong HR skills .
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational, presentation, communication, and planning skills.
- Up to date with current Saudi Law and government regulations.
- Fluent in Arabic & English
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
