We are now seeking an exceptional Human Resources Manager - KSA National to join our award winning team based in our Riyadh Office.

This critical role will be the first point of contact for managers and employees to provide counsel, coaching and support on HR fundamentals and employee related questions. The Human Resources Manager will manage the effective implementation of human resources (HR) initiatives, policies and procedures related to the employee lifecycle, including compliance, employment law, employee onboarding and exiting, performance management, training, compensation and employee safety.

Responsibilities

Paramount to success within this varied role will include;

- Managing the HR function for a regional area or division.
- Providing employees and managers with an available first point of contact for questions and guidance on fundamental HR topics and issues; escalates concerns beyond their scope to Senior HRM or VP - HR.
- Provides employee relations support, including conflict resolution, disciplinary action and performance improvement counseling.
- May be responsible for managing several HR functions such as entry/exit, employment, labor relations, training, records, health and safety, benefits and employee services.
- Provides advice and counsel to managers and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures and practices to promote an ethical and compliant work environment.
- Assists management in planning, development, implementation and evaluation activities.
- Evaluates the status and productivity of HR programs and recommends changes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Assists with or drives other HR special projects or initiatives as needed.
- Maintains and protects confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care.

Requirements

Qualifications

- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 5 to 7 years career experience partnered with a Bachelor of Human Resource Management or equivalent.
