Charterhouse is working with a global organisation within financial services, who is looking to hire a HR Officer to oversee the Human Resources Department in their Saudi Office. This is an excellent opportunity and would suit a HR Expert who has experience working in a 360 role within a professional, corporate environment.

This is a unique role for someone who is looking to build their HR career with a professional, well-reputable global brand. Working closely with and reporting to the Regional HR Director, you will be the main point of contact supporting all employees in the Saudi Office, handling employee relations and developing strong relationships embracing a team work approach.

This is a varied HR role that will take on the responsibility of all aspects of the Human Resources function including operations, recruitment, employee relations, ensuring company policies and procedures are compliant, performance management and handling the full employment lifecycle of employees in the Saudi office.

In addition, you will also be part of the Middle East HR Team assisting with HR Projects and overall operations across MENA (KSA, UAE and Qatar).


To be considered for this role, the candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree and must have at least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role with excellent knowledge of MENA employment laws. Strong experience in HR preferably within Financial Services or a similar sector will be beneficial for this role.

The successful candidate will have a professional and personable approach with attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills. You must be keen to take on a challenging position and be able to handle diverse situations with confidence with ability to multi-task under demanding deadlines. The suitable candidate will have strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Further Education in the related field is preferred.
