We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Specialist to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our workforce while promoting a positive company culture. The HR Specialist will collaborate closely with management and employees to foster an inclusive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with local labor laws and organizational goals.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gauge morale and engagement, presenting findings to management with recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, keeping abreast of changes in legislation and advising management accordingly.
- Support the performance appraisal process, providing training and guidance to managers on best practices.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, contributing insights and solutions to enhance HR operations.

Requirements:

- Saudi National.
- Female is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with HR best practices.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
