Job description / Role
Organize the delivery of Maintenance services to the Customer’s commercial and industrial A/C, refrigeration and Chiller units and systems at his respective area or region in accordance with the agreed contract in order to ensure utmost customer satisfaction.
Requirements
• Degree in Engineering, specializing in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a large HVAC manufacturing / servicing with at least 2 years experience in a supervisory role.
• Prior experience in a relevant industry in any Gulf Country will be a definite advantage.
• Proven experience in Chiller & other Industrial HVAC installation, troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance.
• Preferably with a Driver’s License.
• Good communication skills in English (and preferably Arabic) language.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Application.
• Results oriented and having a good Customer Service Orientation.
