Job description / Role
Role Purpose:
Supervises HVAC manpower, plans, follows up, coordinates works and ensures implementation of quality management system
Key Accountabilities
• Supervises and evaluates HVAC manpower.
• Plans, follows up, and ensures implementation of MMS and quality management system.
• Evaluates HVAC equipment and systems performance and takes necessary actions.
• Conducts general inspections to insure quality and sites readiness
• Analyses performance and produces reports to his HVAC superiors.
• Plans repairs, overhauls of HVAC equipment and systems.
• Supports subordinates in developing their competences.
• Manages HVAC spare parts and consumable materials.
• Supervise three to seven HVAC foremen.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical or other related field)
• Minimum 10 years hands on experience maintenance in relevant field
• Three (3) vacant positions
• Immediate candidates heavily preferred
