Job description / Role

My client is a leading engineering consultants currently working on the construction of a major engineering project in behalf of Saudi Aramco in Saudi Arabia. They are currently looking to recruit an experience hydrographic survey engineer to deal with all of shore survey work including bathymetry survey of the seabed topography, tidal gauges of water/waves level and the lowest astronomic tide observation and offshore vertical datum.


Candidates should have a degree in geomatics or hydrographic engineering and should have a proven background working on hydrographic surveys on major maribe construction projects. Candidates should be familiar with GOS and DGPS positioning software, side scan sonar equipment, single and multi beam echo sounders, hydrographic date processing, tidal station and related software and general offshore and onshore surveys.
