Hygiene Officer

We are looking for a Hygiene Officer to be Responsible for handling the Food safety and Environmental Health and Safety in the Hotel.

What you will be doing:

- Ensure that the hotel is compliant with HACCP Food Safety Management requirements at all times. Ensuring that the municipality local order/regulations/guidelines are complied with.
- To ensure kitchen work practices reflect written procedures.
- To conduct inspections for Bars/Restaurants and Receiving to ensure City Municipality regulations are being adhered to.
- Manage and maintain food safety documentation and records
- Monitor and check the personal hygiene conditions & working habits of the staff.
- Maintaining Environment Health and Safety standards in the hotel as per local guidelines
- Complete and provides regular internal audit reports
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
- To laterally coordinate with concerned departments in day to day activities.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Previous experience in the same field
- Saudi Nationality
- Good English language
- Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly responsible, organized & reliable
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
