Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements for identity governance and administration solutions.
  • Build policies, processes and frameworks related to identity and access management (e.g. identity lifecycle management, requesting access, auditing permissions).
  • Conduct assessments of clients' existing IAM processes, systems, and controls to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with clients to develop identity and access management strategies, architectures, and implementation plans.
  • Define technical and business requirements for identity and access management solutions.
  • Advise on the implementation of new IAM features that are tailored to the specific environment.
  • Establish the link between the IAM team and the business stakeholders, capturing their evolving requirements and communicating about the IAM program roadmap.
  • Focus on the efficient deployment, roll-out, and transition of new features and versions of the IAM platform.
  • Configure and customize IGA and access management platforms to align with clients' business processes and security policies.
  • Develop and implement access control policies, roles, and entitlements to ensure appropriate levels of access across systems and applications.
  • Provide guidance and expertise on best practices for identity lifecycle management, access certification, role-based access control, and compliance reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, IT, and compliance, to integrate IGA solutions into clients' environments.
  • Provide training and support to clients' teams to facilitate adoption and ongoing management of IGA solutions.
  • Interact with vendors and service providers to address contractual agreements related to the IAM platform.
  • Prepare updates and reports to management.
  • Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven track record with 6+ years of experience in IT services and information security.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working on identity and access management.
  • Familiarity with identity and access management systems (SailPoint, Entra ID, ForgeRock, Okta, Novell) and directories (LDAP, AD).
  • Familiarity with RBAC and role engineering.
  • Prior consulting experience and excellent customer-facing skills are highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to work and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
