ICT Consultant - Facilities Management

Job description / Role

Our client is Multi-National Facilities Management company in KSA. They are rapidly expanding their business and projects, they are currently seeking for an ICT Consultant to join their team Saudi Arabia across the kingdom.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall performance of various electronic systems and networks, enabling the FMS’s service contract to function successfully.

Main roles and responsibilities will include:
1. Provide continuous support for implemented systems, including Building Management Systems, CCTV, Public Address Systems, Access Control systems, data centers, home automation systems, lighting control panels, tele/data networks, and cinema systems. This includes troubleshooting issues and ensuring uninterrupted operations.
2. Develop policies and procedures for ICT and low-current systems such as SOPs, RAMS, and PPM Plans.
3. Conduct asset condition surveys for the low-current and ICT systems and provide budgetary replacement costs based on the condition of assets.
4. Prepare the scope of work (SOW) for asset replacement or upgrade projects and support tender stages such as pre-qualifications, RFP developments, technical evaluations, and design drawing reviews.
5. Ensure all ICT and low-current practices comply with royal policies, industry regulations, and royal cybersecurity standards.
6. Conduct training sessions for facility management staff on ICT & Low Current systems and best technology practices.
7. Evaluate service provider performance and manage contracts to ensure the best value for the client.
8. Recommend and implement ongoing enhancements to keep the organization at the forefront of technological innovation.
9. Assess the current ICT infrastructure and low current systems of the Royal project.
10. Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative technology solutions to enhance performance.
11. Support MAXIMO Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system implementation and Provide guidance and support to the facility management service provider for smooth asset validation.
