Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented ICT Manager to join our award winning team in Jeddah, KSA.

This position is responsible for developing and implementing ICT strategies, managing and supervising staff, vendors, and contractors, overseeing the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of ICT hardware, software, networks, and systems.

We envisage success in this role to include:
- Overseeing & managing the design, installation, maintenance, and optimization of ELV systems, including CCTV, Access controls, IDS, Fire alarm, lighting control , and data communication networks.
- Managing the integration and operation of various building systems (HVAC, lighting, security, etc.) to optimize energy efficiency and comfort.
- Supervising & Managing the construction, Installation, testing commissioning of tier3 data centers, including server infrastructure, network connectivity, and security measures.
- Managing & supervising the installation, work done at site and support commercial team for quantification of installed duct bank & fiber optic cable based on approved design of outdoor infrastructure, such as fiber optic cables, ducts, and manholes.
- Overseeing the deployment and operation of GSM networks, including base stations, antennas, and core network equipment.
- Ensuring that the proper installation and maintenance of fiber optic cables, connectors, and related components is taking place.
- Managing the procurement, inventory, and utilization of passive (e.g., cables, connectors) and active (e.g., routers, switches) network components.
- Collaborating with the smart cities systems integrator and other stakeholders to integrate ICT solutions into urban infrastructure, such as security transportation (BRT), energy, and environmental management.
- Leading the design, development, and implementation of unified platforms that integrate various ICT systems and provide intelligent solutions.

Requirements:

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 15 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor's degree in an Electrical or ICT related field.

- Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems, fire security systems, IBMS, data centers, and network infrastructure.
- Expertise in fiber optic cabling, passive and active components, and smart city technologies.
- Ability to design, implement, and supervise complex ICT systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Certification in relevant IT fields (e.g., MP, BICSI , Cisco, CompTIA, DCD) is a plus
