Job description / Role
We are currently seeking for an experienced Costing Senior Manager for an In-Flight Catering company based in Jeddah, KSA. The company is a top provider of culinary and hospitality services for more than 40 years that is into Integrated Catering & Facilities Management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Actual cost tracking material PPV, material non-quality
• Actual cost tracking personnel direct, indirect, salaried, temporary
• Actual cost tracking by variable and fixed per categories
• Unification of both actual and standard cost tracking in all stations
• Design, build, and implement cost models for various areas, e.g., food handling services, OHs allocations
• Introduce all costing pricing areas into SAP with process and module implementation, including testing and key users training
• Costing workflow responsibility in UCAS and further - in SAP
• Supporting negotiations of commercial agreements and new contracts customers by bringing valid cost analyses and necessary financial module
• Manage and supervise time and motion studies for costing purposes
• Define and maintain costing and pricing KPIs
• Build and manage the costing dashboard
• Propose actions for efficiency in areas underperforming vs standard/b
• Master data review and redesign for costing/pricing purposes
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
• Perform other duties related to the job and/or the operation as per the regulations of the Saudi Labor of Law
Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in finance or engineering (A Master's Degree is a plus)
• At least 8years in cost controlling or cost accounting within the manufacturing environment
• qualification in Finance, ACA, CPA, CFA, etc.
• Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis
• Well informed in current financial market trends and business environment
• In-depth knowledge of cost management principles, methods, and techniques
• Experience in project cost estimation and budgeting
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data and provide insights to management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Salary:
SAR
30,000 to 35,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
