What you will be doing:

- Motivate, lead, coach, and monitor the performance levels of all team members
- Drive the outlet budgeting and forecasting process while adhering to the budgetary guidelines
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective operation at the hotel
- Direct and maintain the safety and sanitation of all areas in the outlet
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team

Your team and working environment:
