Responsible for the provision of the following functions, with additional support from the Managed Services Provider as required:
• Rack Space Management
• Data Center Air Conditioning and Cooling
• Data Center Power Supply/UPS Management
• Data Center Fire Fighting Equipment Management
• Integration with BMS (Building Management System) for alerts
• Datacenter Operations Administration
• Data Center Physical Security and Access Control
• Physical Server Hardware/Software Management and Support

• Equipment Racking and Installation
• Passive Network Infrastructure Management
• IDF rooms Management
• Virtual Servers Management and Support
• Operating Systems/ Hypervisors Management
• Cluster Management
• Storage Management
• Backup and Archiving Management
• Database Management
• Mail Administration
• DNS & DHCP Management
• Disaster Recovery Systems Management
