What you'll be doing

As Innovation & Growth Associate at The Greenhouse by Chalhoub Group, you will be part of a dynamic team driving bold entrepreneurship and innovation across the region. You will support the execution of internal and external initiatives that build equity and visibility for The Greenhouse, working closely with the Partnerships and Growth Manager, strategic partners, and key stakeholders.

You will play a hands-on role in enabling the success of our Startup Studio, Incubator, and Accelerator activities by ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and impactful outcomes. Using lean startup methodologies, you will help co-create ventures that unlock new business models, categories, and marketsu2014delivering long-term value to Chalhoub Group and the wider ecosystem.
