Innovation Program Manager

Job description / Role

Our client, a philanthropic organisation requires an Innovation Program Manager to join in Riyadh, KSA. The main purpose of the position is to lead the innovation department, build short & long term strategy, conduct partnerships, design programs and manage the execution of the programs.

The main duties are for:

- Strategy and Business Development
- Budget
- Program Design, Partnership, and Management
- Media/Press
- Collaboration
- Policies, Processes and Procedures
- People Management
- Continuous Improvement

The key result areas are to grow the start-up Ecosystem in Saudi, by increasing no. of start-ups, revenues generated by them, no. of employees they hired and the amount of investment they raised. Advise, coach other ecosystem players towards a common goals of growing the ecosystem and increase in quality of start-ups, accelerators, and investments.

Requirements

- Suitable candidates will be a Saudi National with 10 years of experience.
- A certification in Entrepreneurship is helpful but not needed.
- An MBA would be preferred.
- It would be preferable to be connected with the Entrepreneurship ecosystem in Saudi, know the Venture Capitalist’s angle, start-ups, and other Ecosystem Enablers.
- The relevant industries you would have worked in will include Gov, Semi Gov, MNCs, Start-ups, Tech, Accelerators & Incubators, VCs, and Consulting.
