Job description / Role
* Develop and maintain the relationship between the company and the broker/insurance co.
* Negotiating terms with policyholders or their brokers and ensuring that premiums are competitive.
* Request insurance & follow up with broker/insurance co. to collect insurance certificate.
* Ensure to track the service of broker & update the insurance report.
* Send the registration documents to the supplier after insurance confirmation immediately.
* Update insurance report with registration information (istimarah).
* Reconciliation and updating of Insurance cost on monthly basis & providing finance dept.
* Ensure all assets leased are covered by insurance policy.
* Follow up the claim status with broker/insurance co.
* Coordinating with broker/insurance co. for the reconciliation and pending docs issue.
* Coordination with Business Development to ensure all documentation is obtained from broker/insurance co.
* Ensure that new customers, products, and insurance are set up on relevant systems.
* Develop and maintain own contacts with individuals within customers' organization.
* Act as principal point of contact for clients for insurance issues.
* Monitor level of customer service and satisfaction based on customer service standards.
* Visiting brokers or potential customers and preparing quotes.
* Work closely with the management to ensure that company strategies are properly implemented according to the SAMA regulation.
Requirements
* At least 2 years experience in an operations environment of a financial/insurance services organization, with exposure to all aspects of facilities booking and client services.
* Experience in handling motor claims and dealing with insurance companies and insurance brokers.
* Key documentation requirements.
* Fluent in written and spoken Arabic/English
