The Interior Design Director will play a key role in shaping the architectural and interior aesthetics of this prestigious development, blending rich cultural heritage with modern design. This role requires a solid background in architecture combined with extensive expertise in interior design, allowing the director to lead multidisciplinary teams and oversee the design of both interior and exterior spaces

Description

Design Integration:
* Lead the interior design efforts while ensuring seamless integration with architectural elements of the development.
* Create and execute designs that reflect historical the client significance and align with the project's architectural vision.

Leadership & Team Management:
* Oversee and mentor a team of interior designers and architects, fostering a collaborative environment that bridges the gap between architecture and interior design.
* Ensure alignment between architectural structures and interior concepts throughout the design and implementation phases.

Project Oversight:
* Manage design processes from concept development to final installation, ensuring that design quality, functionality, and aesthetic values align with the project's standards.
* Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure that interior spaces work seamlessly within the overall architectural framework.

Collaboration with External Stakeholders:
* Coordinate with clients, developers, contractors, and other stakeholders to guarantee that all design aspects meet expectations.
* Present design concepts and progress to stakeholders, making sure architectural integrity and interior design quality are maintained.

Budget & Schedule Management:
* Manage design budgets and timelines, ensuring effective resource allocation and compliance with project deadlines.
* Ensure the feasibility of designs in terms of both cost and schedule, aligning architectural and interior design objectives.

Educational Background:
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

Experience:

* At least 12 years of experience in similar positions

Skills:
* Expertise in architectural and interior design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Suite).
* Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and design guidelines.

* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
