Job description / Role
Objectives:
- To supervise interior design/furnishing projects
- Coordinate with Interior designer consultants
- Design and supervise small projects ID and improvements
Main responsibilities:
- Draft RFP for ID projects to obtain Consultants offers.
- Site supervision for ID projects including inspection and managing the project.
- prepare ID for small projects and improvements
- prepare shop drawing for ongoing projects.
- Give on-site direction for selection of materials.
Reporting to: Projects Director
Duration: Permanent
Desired start date: 1-2 months
Gross monthly base salary: 8000-12000
Commission / Bonus: as per performance
Requirements
University Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering
Nature and length of previous experience: preferably 5 years in Interior design and execution
Specialist knowledge: Auto Cad, Adope, 3d max
Soft Skills and Personality traits: self dependent
creative and hardworking
Age Range: 30-45
Gender Preference: Male
