Job description / Role
Purpose: To effectively manage and oversee planning, execution and continuous improvement of the internal audit function in order to add value and support the development of strong corporate governance and assurance to the company as well as providing advice and consultation to Board of Directors.

- Detailed Knowledge of Principles, Policies, Procedures, and Internal Processes pertaining to Audit.
- Advanced Knowledge of Key Business Processes and Management Control.
- Advanced Communication and Reporting skills.
- Advanced Judgment and High Confidentiality are paramount at all times.
- Audit Regulations, Policies and Procedures.
- Audit Techniques and Methodologies.
Requirements
- Must hold a Bachelor's degree in any business related area or equivalent.
- Desirable certificates: CPA or CIA.
- At least 10 years of related experience with 5 years in a similar position.
- Excellent in English and Arabic Languages.
