Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Conduct process as well as entity-wide risk assessment and being able to identify key risks and recommending control measures.
• Prepare the annual audit plan and share it with the board of approval.
• Ensure periodic and follow-up audits are conducted as per the audit plan.
• Prepare high quality audit reports highlighting findings, risks, root causes and recommendations.
• Follow-up on closure of internal audit, as well as external and corporate audit findings. This includes conducting follow-up audits.
• Liaise with external and corporate auditors, when and if required.
• Assess risks for newly identified corporate projects.
• Ensures proper documentation for audit programs and audit findings.
• Responsible for audit planning, training and developing the internal audit direction.
• Recommend methods to enhance and improve control procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in internal and/or external audit (preferably in a big 4 accounting firm)
• Professional Certification such as CPA, CIA etc.... is a plus.
• High level of analytical skills and the ability to evaluate data to make informed decisions.
• Have great communication skills, and is able to work independently and stay motivated.
• Well organized and able to prioritize the workload.
