Role Summary:

The Interventional Region Product Director is responsible to develop the commercial & marketing strategy and lead its execution across the region with the objective to grow sales revenue and market share.

Essential Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Assess portfolio competitiveness within region, current and future anticipated state
- Develop and execute the regional marketing and commercial plan
- Create and drive regional segmentation strategy. Develop and manage processes and programs to increase customer awareness, preference and purchase intent (e.g., lead generation campaigns)
- Provide key inputs into Growth Playbook and S2 planning, including market sizing, and forecasting and investment requirements.
- Own regional trade shows, show sites and sponsorships
- Actively solicit and share competitive intelligence.
- Drive business analysis on region performance (visibility, win rate, share, orders, revenue, CM, funnel growth, etc.)
- Ensure regional sales force has the training materials and tools required for successful execution of growth objectives
- Attract, develop/coach, retain world-class commercial and marketing talent to realize product commercial strategy
- Act as a role model for collaboration mindset across functions and the region

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business administration, or equivalent
- 8 years of experience in the field of marketing or sales
- Demonstrated business management and resource allocation skills including business plan development and execution
- Deep knowledge of products and services of the modality
- Exemplary people management, leadership skills, as well as sales coaching & team building skills.
- Strong business acumen; financial and organizational skills
- Advanced negotiation, problem solving and influencing skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining a forward-thinking and customer-first attitude
- Excellent oral and written communication in english

- Prior experience in a role with frequent interactions with clients, marketing professionals and sales teams.
- Experience in strategic planning and drive change management
