Investment Executive / Assistant to CEO – Family Office, Riyadh
On behalf of our client, a well-established family office in Riyadh, Swisslinx Middle East are looking for a junior investment professional to join their team.
Our client operates a number of companies in various sectors and also manages a portfolio of investments globally and in Saudi.
This is a dual role, in which you will be working as a right hand of the CEO who manages the family office and its portfolio of companies.
You will be working as an intermediary between internal departments as well as external stakeholders, coordinating investment projects on behalf of the CEO and working on documentation and administrative part of the projects. You will be also working as a Personal Assistant to the CEO and managing his calendar and travel arrangements.
Requirements
• 3+ years of working experience in an investment / asset management firm
• Previous experience in an administrative, support or operations role
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, ability to liaise with the stakeholders
• Fluency in Arabic and English
