Investors Relation (Financial) - Arabic speaking

Job description / Role

This role is with leading listed manufacturing company based in Jeddah, the company is seeking to appoint experienced Investors Relations manager who will be reporting to the CFO to serve as a vital link between the company and its investors nationally & internationally. He shall demonstrate ability to conduct all type of financial analysis to support the role. This role focuses on fostering transparent and effective communication with shareholders and stakeholders, ensuring their confidence and understanding of our financial standing and growth prospects. This position requires fluency in Arabic to effectively engage with regional investors and maintain strong relationships within the Saudi market.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
- Prepare and present financial information and reports to investors and stakeholders in both Arabic and English.
- Manage communication channels between the company and its investors, including the coordination of earnings calls, meetings, and shareholder events.
- Monitor market trends, investor feedback, and analyst reports to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate closely with finance, legal, and corporate communications teams to ensure accurate and compliant disclosures.
- Respond promptly to investor inquiries and maintain positive relationships to enhance investor confidence and support.
- Organize and support roadshows and investor meetings to promote transparency and corporate reputation.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in investor relations, financial communications, or a related financial role within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a diverse investor base.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently within a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local and international financial markets and investor relations best practices.
