IT Application Manager

Description
* Requirements Gathering and Analysis
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
* Solution Design and Documentation
* Develop detailed functional specifications, use cases, and workflow diagrams.
* Translate business requirements into technical requirements for IT development teams.
* Project Management Support
* Assist in project planning, including defining scope, timelines, and resource allocation
* Process Improvement
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains through technology.Testing and Quality Assurance
* Develop test plans, test cases, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
* Ensure that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.Data Analysis and Reporting
* Analyse data to support business decisions and identify trends.
* Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance.

Technical Skills and Competencies Requirements
* Management Tools: Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or similar for managing and documenting requirements.
* Modelling and Design Tools: Experience with modelling tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucid chart, or similar for creating process diagrams and workflows.
* Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
* Testing Tools: Experience with test management tools such as HP ALM, TestRail, or similar.
* Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP): Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous.
