IT Application Specialist

Job description / Role

Kinetic is working with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring an IT Application specialist to be based in Dubai .

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Develop, implement, and maintain interface software for seamless connectivity between the information systems and assigned products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective utilization.
- Configure, troubleshoot and maintain related to software interfaces and connectivity.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as required.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Candidates who are currently based in KSA will be considered.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Laboratory Information System (LIS) and Hospital Information System (HIS) experience is essential.
- Must have a valid Driver's License.
- Must have a valid and transferable work permit.
- Willingness to relocate to Riyadh.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
