Job description / Role
The IT Business Partner proactively engages with leadership teams of the key markets, and provides IT Leadership by identifying and promoting key opportunities, as well as developing and agreeing a supporting portfolio of initiatives.
You will then jointly lead the delivery of business change initiatives with the functional Business Partnership team and will be accountable for all IT support services within your market, working closely with both business leaders and IT teams in core services.
Act as the IT expert within the assigned markets, being the key contact for management teams and divisional managers - demonstrating full understanding of the problems and opportunities for business change.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (IT degree preferred)
- IT service plus project and program management experience.
- Must be customer focused with demonstrated ability to form productive relationships with business leaders, IT personnel and project leaders.
- Sound understanding of a company’s business and technology strategies and established business process areas with strong understanding of the ways in which technology can impact and enhance business processes.
- Able to evaluate technology and process alternatives.
- Excellent written and verbal skills as well as high interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem analysis, negotiating and influencing skills.
