Job description / Role
You will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with key business stakeholders, ensuring that their needs and requirements are effectively communicated to the IT department. You will work closely with both business and IT teams to identify opportunities to enhance business processes through the use of technology.

Description
* Develop and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders
* Translate business needs and requirements into IT deliverables
* Communicate effectively with both business and IT teams to ensure alignment
* Manage IT project portfolios, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Identify and evaluate new technologies to support business goals
* Ensure that IT solutions are scalable, secure and aligned with business objectives
* Develop and maintain IT governance policies and procedures
* Ensure that IT support services meet business requirements
* Participate in the development of IT budgets and forecasts

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
* Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT or related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong leadership skills
* Knowledge of IT governance frameworks such as COBIT or ITIL
* Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
* Experience working in a cross-functional team environment
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
